Job summary

P2S invites Mechanical Engineering students to join its Summer Internship in Long Beach, CA. You will be part of the Commissioning team, gaining hands-on experience in office and field settings and contributing to client projects.

The program lasts 10-12 weeks from June to August-September, with in-office schedule Monday to Friday. Undergraduate interns earn $24/hour; graduates $26/hour, depending on education level.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related studies.
• FE/EIT is a plus.
• Trained to utilize CAD/BIM standards.
• Familiarity with HVAC system design and Building Commissioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in executing ongoing projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to contribute to project development.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
