Job summary

P2S in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineering student for a Summer Internship in the Low Voltage Technology Group. You will gain hands-on experience in office and field settings, contributing to client projects while learning industry practices.

The program runs 10–12 weeks from June to August, is on-site, and pays $24.00 per hour for undergraduates or $26.00 for graduates. Training includes CAD/BIM, site visits, and mentorship from engineers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Electrical Engineering.
• FE/EIT is a plus.
• Trained to utilize CAD/BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams on ongoing Low Voltage projects.
• Contribute to design and prototyping during the internship.
• Support testing and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in meetings.
• Engage in training sessions to develop technical skills.
