Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE, Inc. in Troy, OH, seeks a student engineer to assist the Troy Engineering group on improvement projects supporting technical/sales and shop staff.

You will draft parts and shop tools in SolidWorks/AutoCAD, document activities with Office tools, and interact with office and shop personnel. Qualified students are enrolled in a Bachelor's Engineering program, eligible to work in the US, and prepared for a fast-paced environment with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Engineering degree program at a University/College.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Document and support engineering projects using Microsoft Office tools.
• CAD drafting for parts design or shop tools/layouts (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
• Interact professionally with office and shop staff.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Develop understanding of SEW products and applications.

About the Role

The student will work in the Troy, OH facility with the Troy Engineering group contributing to improvement projects that support the technical/sales and shop staff of the Troy assembly plant.

Education Requirements:

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Engineering degree program at a University/College.

Pay Rate:

$22.00/hour

Shift:

1st shift
