SEW-EURODRIVE in Troy, OH is seeking an assembler responsible for inventory stocking, parts pulling, assembly, packing, receiving, and general clean up in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires adherence to ISO Quality standards and safety rules, with focus on clear communication and professional interaction with all company colleagues. Benefits begin on day one, supporting employee and family wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts stock between assembly cells, putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, restock, receiving, and general clean up.
• Must comply with all current ISO Quality and Work Instructions for job, all Company Safety rules, and all other Company rules, policies and procedures.
• Assess each situation and do not perform any tasks which s/he feels is unsafe, on which s/he has not received training, or engage in any unsafe work practices.
• Report any unsafe condition to his/her manager.
• Read and understand supporting documentation for the work area.
• Monitor the work area for cleanliness.

About the Role Position involves all aspects of the assembly processes including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling; restocking parts, packing, receiving, and general clean up.

Pay Range and Shift

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour + 10% Shift Differential Shift: 2nd Shift
