Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE is seeking a detail-focused Accounts Payable specialist for the Dallas Assembly. The role focuses on timely processing of invoices, coding to GL accounts, and ensuring proper approvals. SAP experience is required to manage payables and vendor inquiries.

This daytime, on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one and a competitive pay range based on experience. Shift is Day Shift, with a potential 10% premium for second/third shifts if applicable.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess solid communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payables package with invoice, receiver, and purchase order.
• Code invoices with GL codes and obtain proper approvals.
• Research documentation backing payments as needed.
• Enter data into SAP timely to prevent late payments and preserve discounts.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve past due notices.
• Process international affiliate A/P.
• Provide backup for invoicing, AIR, and other accounting tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

About the Role

Currently this position involves office tasks, most related to accounts payable for Dallas Assembly. Pay Range - $21.00 to $22.50. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range. Shift: Day Shift - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Preferred - Accounting Certificate and/or Five Years of Experience. A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
