Qualifications

• Education: related degree program or recent graduate.
• Full-time, 40-hour work week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to concepting and development of next-gen Shark products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and PMs.
• Build, test, and iterate prototypes and lab rigs.
• Analyze data from testing and consumer feedback to inform design decisions.
• Engage in design reviews to solve technical challenges, with increasing ownership.
• Support CAD modeling and technical documentation alongside engineers.
