• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• DESIRED: 1-2 additional years; advanced degree; experience with ANSYS/NX, Python, Excel VBA.

Responsibilities

• Design & Analysis: mechanical design and analysis for gas turbines, steam, generators, and accessories.
• Technical Stewardship: validate designs, assess thermal growth and manufacturing variation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams.
• Continuous Improvement: lead RCA, apply Lean to improve reliability, quality, and yield.
• Project Delivery: manage milestones through reviews and NPIs.
• Mentorship: coach team members and build stakeholder relationships.
