Responsibilities

• Design & Analysis: perform mechanical design and analyses for gas turbines, steam, generators, and accessories.
• Technical Stewardship: own mechanical hardware, validate testing, evaluate designs for thermal growth and stack-up.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to optimize subsystems.
• Lead root cause analyses (RCA) to improve reliability, quality, and yield.
• Mentor team members and work with Principal/Chief Engineers.
