Responsibilities

Design & Analysis: perform mechanical design and analysis for gas turbines and related systems.
Technical Stewardship: validate hardware and evaluate designs for thermal growth, variation, and assembly stack‑up.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to optimize subsystems.
Continuous Improvement: lead RCA to improve reliability, quality, and yield; apply Lean principles.
