Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical concepts, designs, and processes for SSCs in transportable nuclear plants.
• Create and maintain CAD-generated engineering models of SSCs.
• Support hardware development, prototyping, and testing.
• Develop analysis plans for structural components.
• Perform hand calculations and/or Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Assess manufacturability and assembly considerations; coordinate with other disciplines.
• Follow CMP and Design Control procedures; use PLM in Teamcenter.
