Job summary

TWG is seeking an experienced engineer to design mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic systems for winches, truck-mounted equipment, gearboxes, and related components. The role includes sustaining and improving product lines and supporting continuous engineering improvements.

You will create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and BOMs; review drawings and ECOs. You will perform structural and load analyses, direct test procedures, and ensure designs meet ISO and customer requirements while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3+ years related experience, or equivalent education/experience mix.
Intermediate experience with mechanical systems and design analysis of subsystems; 3‑D CAD models and drawings procedures; integrating electronics and software with mechanical elements; design of experiments.
Must be able to travel as required or directed.

Responsibilities

Design mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic systems and components including winches and truck-mounted equipment.
Create and modify 3D CAD models, drawings, and accurate BOMs; review or approve drawings and ECOs per engineering leadership.
Perform structural, mechanical, and load calculations to optimize geometry, materials, and safety factors.
Direct and execute test procedures; analyze test data for temperature, pressure, speed, flow, and loads.
Ensure designs comply with engineering principles, company guidelines, standards, and customer requirements.
Support ISO quality management systems; identify issues, initiate corrective actions, and assist with environmental/safety standards.
Perform other related duties and engineering projects as assigned.
