Job summary

ITW is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to sustain and enhance service offerings for our food equipment portfolio. You will collaborate with Product Support, Project Leaders, and Product Managers to deliver tools, software, and processes that improve equipment reliability and uptime for customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of equipment design experience, strong CAD skills with Creo/SolidWorks, and a track record in cross-functional project work to drive product launches and service readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of equipment design experience.
• Experience with sheet metal, castings, and electro-mechanical components.
• Proficiency in Creo or SolidWorks and BOM development.
• Experience with project management in cross-functional, global teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve sheet metal, castings, and electro-mechanical parts.
• Collaborate with product teams to prepare service organization for launches.
• Develop and implement change management processes including drawings updates and release for production.
• Lead training, service manuals, and parts catalogs for new products.
