Work within a team environment to develop innovative mechanical subsystems with solid modeling practices and drawing creation using CAD tools such as Creo Parametric, Solidworks, or equivalent. Develop preliminary sketches, diagrams, and other engineering information to generate 3-D design models and/or conceptual designs.
Exposure to solid modeling practices and drawing creation using CAD tools such as Creo Parametric, Solidworks, or equivalent.
Knowledge of fabrication processes, capabilities and limitations.
Support Mechanical Engineering solutions on production issues to functional leadership and engagement for resources (Subject Matter Experts, etc.) to resolve production issues rapidly and efficiently.
Support functional team leads for the integration efforts across the Cross Product Teams in the Sentinel portfolio to ensure successful system design, integration, production and program execution.
Provide Radar technical data package (TDP) support that includes design, development, manufacturing, and failure investigation solutions.
Basic understanding of tools / processes / approaches / instructions across product life cycles.
Participant in the Engineering changes process, peer review process, Engineering Documentation Standards (EDS) implementation, Configuration Control Board (CCB) participant as required by RTX process.
Supports program growth and technology insertion strategies working closely with the functional leaders, program technical leadership, and Program Office. Supports Mechanical leads for planning and execution of production programs, lateral product applications, and Engineering Changes.

Position requires a minimum of 10% of travel to suppliers and production facilities which include domestic and international travel.

The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
