Westlake's Graduate Rotational Opportunities (GROW) is a 3–5 year leadership development program for newly graduated mechanical engineers within the Performance and Essential Materials segment. Participants gain on-the-job experience, leadership training, and exposure to projects across the business.

Rotations cover Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics, with post-program roles including Process

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3 - 5 years
• Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Card (TWIC)
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
