Westlake Corporation invites newly graduated mechanical engineers to join the Graduate Rotational Opportunities in the Performance and Essential Materials segment. GROW is a 3-5 year leadership program with on-the-job rotations and mentorship to develop technical and leadership capabilities.

Participants experience roles across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics, with post-program opportunities as

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3 - 5 years.
Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC)
Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
