Job summary

Westlake is seeking newly graduated mechanical engineers for the GROW program, a 3–5 year rotational leadership development track within the Performance and Essential Materials segment. You will gain on-the-job experience, receive leadership and technical training, and work on real projects across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC.
• Strong team-building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
