Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.S. or M.S.)
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Willingness to rotate to multiple US locations every 12–18 months for 3–5 years
• Ability to obtain TWIC

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3–5 year rotational program across operations, reliability, capital projects, continuous improvement, process controls, and more
• Work under a mentor to develop leadership and technical skills and solve real-world problems
• Contribute to cost savings, quality improvements, and overall efficiency
