Westlake Graduate Rotational Opportunities (GROW) is a leadership development program for newly graduated engineers within the Performance and Essential Materials segment. It spans 3–5 years and offers rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years.
Ability to obtain TWIC.
Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Rotations through multiple roles such as Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
Work under a mentor to develop leadership and engineering skills.
Contribute to solving real-world problems and driving product and process innovation.
