Nakupuna Companies seeks a full-time Mechanical Engineer to serve as aKey Personnel on the DoWEA Team. The engineer will conduct on-site facility condition assessments of mechanical systems across multiple U.S. military installations in Asia and the Pacific, supporting SRM budgeting and asset management.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) with 5+ years of field experience and may possess a PE or EIT/FE. Travel to Japan, Korea, Guam, and Okinawa is required.

Qualificações

• Experience evaluating mechanical systems in institutional or commercial settings.
• Familiarity with USACE SMS BUILDER methodology and direct-rating inspection methods.
• PE license or EIT/FE credential preferred.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and perform fieldwork in OCONUS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct facility condition assessments of HVAC, boiler/chiller plants, piping, EMCS, and hydronics.
• Catalogue mechanical equipment and enter data into E-SMS within 90 days of visits.
• Verify and update barcoding/QR codes for major systems for Asset Essentials compatibility.
• Support PM in developing FCARs with thorough documentation and justifications for Amber/Red components.
• Assist with Triennial and Out-of-Cycle Task Orders and deployment planning.
