Job summary

Nakupuna Services is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer to join the DoWEA Pacific Region effort. You will conduct on-site facility condition assessments of power distribution, lighting, UPS, and fire alarm systems across multiple campuses on U.S. military installations, with significant travel to Japan, Okinawa, South Korea, and Guam.

Required are a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 5+ years of relevant experience; PE license or EIT/FE is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of five years inspecting and evaluating power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site Facility Condition Assessments of institutional electrical systems.
• Enter collected data into E-SMS and support FCAR development.
• Coordinate safety, access, and travel for deployments to DoWEA sites.
