Webco Industries is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to solve problems, improve processes, and drive real results on the plant floor. You’ll work with production, quality, and leadership to boost performance, efficiency, and safety.

We value hands-on, data-driven collaborators who can design practical solutions, lead improvement initiatives, and train teams on new processes while maintaining a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering Technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve production processes, equipment, and workflows.
  • Design and implement solutions that enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and work measurement to establish standards.
  • Use data and engineering principles to identify root causes and solve problems.
  • Develop reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support facility layout, material flow, and manpower optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve production performance and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and support quality and audit initiatives.
  • Train and support teams on new processes and improvements.
  • Monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
