Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CAD skills (AutoCAD) a plus.
• Familiar with PLCs, HMI systems, and automation tools.
• Excellent planning and project management abilities.
• Self-directed, creative, and analytical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical distribution and control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate across divisions to support engineering initiatives.
• Ensure systems meet NFPA and NEC code requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems with standard tools.
• Inspect systems to prevent hazards and optimize performance.
• Develop wiring layouts and installation plans per specs.
• Recommend improvements and lead upgrades to electrical systems.
• Oversee new equipment purchases, installations, and training.
• Drive efficiency, quality, and reliability with innovative solutions.
