Webco Industries, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, install, and maintain electrical systems across our advanced manufacturing facilities. You will work on distribution and control systems, ensure safety and compliance, and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, strong blueprint reading, PLC/HMI familiarity, and a proactive, collaborative approach to projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CAD skills (AutoCAD) a plus.
• Familiar with PLCs, HMI systems, and automation tools.
• Excellent planning and project management abilities.
• Self-directed, creative, and analytical thinker.

Responsabilités

• Design electrical distribution and control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate across divisions to support engineering initiatives.
• Ensure systems meet NFPA and NEC code requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems with standard tools.
• Inspect systems to prevent hazards and optimize performance.
• Develop wiring layouts and installation plans per specs.
• Recommend improvements and lead upgrades to electrical systems.
• Oversee new equipment purchases, installations, and training.
• Drive efficiency, quality, and reliability with innovative solutions.
