You will work with Manufacturing Engineers to drive operational improvements at the Winder plant, focusing on process improvements, machinery upgrades, documentation enhancements, and engineering support while learning in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3rd semester Engineering student seeking an Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree.

Responsabilités

• Drive integration with new factory floor Simulation systems to enhance predictability for Operations (FlexSim).
• Upgrade machinery equipment by design and fabricating prototype jigs and fixtures using 3D printers.
• Enhance written Process documentation as we focus on Photo-based work instructions.
• Support Industrial Engineering team with larger projects such as Equipment installations.
