Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and problem-solving techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for manufacturing performance metrics
• Create and update technical documentation, standard work instructions, and drawings
• Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues alongside engineering and maintenance teams
• Assist with time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity evaluations
• Support capital projects, including equipment installation, layout planning, and commissioning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality
• Observe and document current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain organized project files, reports, and engineering documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and team meetings
