• FE or PE license preferred.

• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Mechanical Engineer - Baltimore, MD | Hybrid

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team focused on the design and development of commercial and institutional mechanical systems. This position will support HVAC system design, facility evaluations, renovations, and new construction projects while contributing to high-quality, efficient engineering solutions for complex facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of hands‑on mechanical engineering and HVAC design experience, strong Revit/BIM expertise, and a solid understanding of calculations, layouts, specifications, and applicable building code

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and institutional projects
• Prepare calculations, specifications, layouts, and construction documentation
• Support facility assessments, feasibility studies, and cost estimating efforts
• Participate in construction administration activities, including site visits
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and schedules
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000-$140,000 depending on experience
