Quanta Power Solutions seeks a Mechanical Designer II to develop mechanical layouts, 3D models, and construction drawings for power, renewables, BESS, data centers, substations, transmission, and industrial projects. The role requires independent execution of design tasks and coordination with engineering teams through concept to construction.

The ideal candidate has industrial or power facility design experience, strong CAD/3D modeling skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision on

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of mechanical design/drafting experience.
• Experience in power generation, EPC, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drafting principles, piping layouts, HVAC and industrial systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and revise mechanical deliverables for power generation, renewables, BESS, data centers, and industrial projects.
• Prepare equipment layouts, general arrangement drawings, piping layouts, isometrics, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support EPC project execution from concept through construction.
• Assist in design reviews, model coordination, and vendor model integration.
