Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to build accurate CAD models from naval/aerospace data and manage M-state parts within the PLM workflow. You will own release cycles and coordinate changes across part families with manufacturing, tooling, programming, and inspection teams.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of production CAD experience, proficiency in NX/CATIA/Creo/SolidWorks, and a strong grasp of GD&T (ASME Y14.5).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional mechanical design experience.
• Experience with production CAD models and drawings for manufactured hardware.
• Proficiency in at least one parametric 3D CAD platform and building models from complex 2D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate CAD models from naval prints, aerospace drawings, legacy prints, and other customer data.
• Create internal CAD models and drawings for each manufacturing state (M-state).
• Own PLM data structure and release workflow.
