Hadrian is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to drive the development of custom industrial machinery, automation equipment, robotic tooling, and systems. This role owns design from concept through manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning, blending CAD expertise with hands-on fabrication knowledge.

The ideal candidate brings strong 3D CAD skills, GD&T experience, and collaboration across engineering and operations to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2+ years mechanical design experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and GD&T concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Design mechanical systems, assemblies, fixtures, tooling and EOAT using 3D CAD.
• Create manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering docs with GD&T and DFM in mind.
• Support fabrication, welding, assembly, prototype builds, and testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, controls, PM, suppliers, and technicians to improve equipment.
• Support design reviews, troubleshooting, startup, commissioning and optimization.
