Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of MEP industry experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required.
• LEED Accreditation required.
• Experience with building performance simulation.
• Proficiency with engineering calculations and performance simulation software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Prepare assigned project deliverables on-time.
• Interact with clients through site visits.
