Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with MEP projects, especially mechanical and HVAC system design.
• Must have experience designing mechanical and HVAC systems and producing design documents for buildings.
• Experience in running HVAC loads and energy modeling with Trane Trace 3D Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design of projects with Mechanical Construction Value(s) up to $10 MM.
• Assign tasks to and coordinate with entry/staff engineers, technicians or administrative staff.
• Conduct site visits and field inspections of mechanical and HVAC systems.
