• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality trade-specific schematics and layouts per company design principles.
• Perform surveys, calculations, selections, and layouts.
• Lead communication with peers, supervisors, vendors, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings and field observations.
• Independently design HVAC systems using company standards and templates.
• Represent the organization at project meetings.
• Perform load calculations and review results without supervision.
• Develop mechanical room/system designs and select advanced equipment under guidance.
• Understand codes and standards; conduct research as needed.
• Generate specifications and write sequences of operations for HVAC systems.
• Review shop drawings and compare field installations to designs.
• Mentor junior team members.
