Qualifications

• Engineer in Training (EIT) required.

• Experience with building performance simulation.
• Proficiency with engineering calculations and performance simulation software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.

• Position is with a leading NYC (midtown) MEP design engineering consulting firm.
• Prepare assigned project deliverables on-time, attention to detail, and limited detailed instructions.
• Interact frequently with clients with site visits to provide estimates of probable construction costs and issue reports.
• Provide system designs and documentation with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct engineering calculations and equipment selection.
• Generate new and edit existing equipment specifications.
