The Toro Company’s BOSS Snowplow division in Iron Mountain, Michigan invites students to join its product development team as a co-op for January 2027 through August 2027. You will assist with design, prototyping, and development of new products and improvements, and conduct tests to collect data for analysis.
You should be pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with experience in 3D CAD (Creo Parametric a plus).

Pay range is $22.00 - $28.00 depending on level of college you have completed.
