Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an HVAC Design Engineer for a large growing mechanical contractor in Oklahoma. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package and career-growth opportunities on major HVAC and Plumbing projects across Oklahoma.

Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction in early project phases, reviewing specifications and calculations, and coordinating with Owners, clients, architects, subcontractors and MEP-Design

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC engineering and design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local HVAC and plumbing codes; proficient with design software.

• Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
• Review project specifications, design, identify value engineering, and calculations accurately.
• Attend events, job sites, and meet closely with Owners, clients, architects, subcontractors and MEP-Design Engineers.

We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Oklahomathat works on many of Oklahoma’s biggest and best HVAC and Plumbing Projects. Requirements:

• Local
• 5+years of HVAC Engineering and Design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, PE License preferred.
• Strong knowledge in: State and Local HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes, AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, Revit, BlueBeam, and Navisworks.
