Job summary

Cooler Master USA in Fremont, CA is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to drive the development of next-generation cooling solutions for AI data center applications. You will design mechanical components, create 3D CAD models, and support analysis, verification, and testing.

This role requires collaboration with R&D, manufacturing sites, and suppliers, with a hands-on design approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal/Fluid Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 1+ year of mechanical engineering or related industry experience.
• Proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, or similar 3D CAD tools.
• Experience with product design, prototyping, testing, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers.
• Hands-on approach to design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to Asia is a plus.

For Pay Transparency-Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000 - $140,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
