- Global Career Growth: Bridge U.S. market engagement with global manufacturing capabilities in a fast-growing, high-visibility role.
- Agile & Driven Team: Collaborate with world-class engineers committed to pushing the boundaries of thermal design.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead and synchronize liquid cooling product development projects, overseeing schedule management, resource allocation, and execution to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Customer & Technical Alignment: Drive technical discussions with global clients to clarify system specs, address engineering challenges, and translate customer requirements into actionable R&D roadmaps.
- Design & CSP Collaboration: Actively participate in design-stage discussions, engaging directly with major CSP (Cloud Service Provider) partners on advanced thermal architectures and system co-development.
- Gate Execution & NPI Oversight: Manage product stage-gates, technical feasibility studies, risk evaluations, and NPI processes (from engineering verification tests to mass production readiness).
- Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with R&D, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to resolve bottlenecks in production processes (e.g., metal welding, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, HVAC, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: 1+ years of technical project management, product development, or systems engineering experience (Prior exposure to liquid cooling, thermal modules, or NPI product workflows is a strong plus).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware development cycles, manufacturing technologies (e.g., sheet metal, CNC, welding), and CAD tools (AutoCAD / Pro/E) to effectively communicate with engineering units.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to seamlessly engage with local U.S. teams, Asian manufacturing plants, and Tier 1 clients.
- Key Competencies: Excellent cross-functional coordination, problem-solving skills, accountability, and the resilience to thrive in a high-velocity environment.
