Job summary

Yearout Mechanical, a Legence Company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects across NM and TX. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with field teams, clients, and vendors to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, a degree or certificate in Construction Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Construction Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction docs.
• Familiar with BIM and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Prepare and maintain cost tracking reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Price, process, and track all project change orders.
• Develop and implement quality control programs across projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Oversee BIM activities with BIM Coordinator.
• Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Support procurement and subcontractor coordination.
