Job summary

Yearout Mechanical, a Legence Company, seeks a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects in New Mexico and Texas, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role blends field and office work to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management with 1–3 years in commercial construction and are proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or related field, 1–3 years experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Manage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Prepare cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractor documentation, work schedules, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and promote a safe work environment.
• Oversee BIM activities in coordination with BIM Coordinator.
• Lead client communications and regular project progress updates.
