Job summary

Aero Simulation, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical CAD Drafter to support the design and delivery of advanced simulation and training devices.

The MCAD Drafter will produce detailed CAD models and drawings, collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers, and ensure documentation aligns with government and customer specifications. Qualifications

• Three+ years of practical experience with parametric modeling/drafting software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Experience using 2D CAD programs such as AutoCAD.
• Experience using software tools commonly used in engineering environments (Windows, MS Office, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Produce and release CAD models and drawings of electro‑mechanical assemblies and parts for manufacturability and maintainability.
• Provide build support to manufacturing and document changes with engineering change notices.
• Assist with customer meetings and participate in design reviews and configuration audits.
