Innova Solutions is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a 6-month contract-to-possible-extension, onsite in Bohemia, NY 11716. The role requires reading blueprints and assembling sub-assemblies with various hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of assembly experience, with ability to interpret blueprints. Shift is 1st, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and final products per blueprints.
• Operate hand, power and pneumatic tools to secure parts and maintain equipment.
• Perform visual quality checks and log defects with precision instruments.
