Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment safely.
• Maintain organized inventory of products at workstations.
• Perform quality checks and identify defects; rework per engineering changes.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures; keep work area clean.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand up to 8 hours per day.
• Read and interpret technical documents and drawings; use tools proficiently.
• Troubleshoot and rework as needed; ensure high-quality assembly.
