• Advanced ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• 2-4 years of mechanical assembly experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Bartell manufacturing processes and technologies
• Strong communication and conceptual skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Assembly of industrial equipment

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and follow work instructions to build machinery that meets design specifications.
• Provide support in other areas of the company (e.g., Warehouse, machine shop, weld shop, saw, inspection) when needed.
• Assist departments to meet deadlines by providing manpower during backlog periods.
• Assist engineering with job time estimates and attend design reviews.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines are followed and promote safe work practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude, start on time, and perform housekeeping; be a good team member.
• Assist Painter as needed.
