This onsite role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, Lean and Six Sigma principles, continuous improvement, and collaboration with engineers, machinists, and technicians. Some travel is required for installations and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical training preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, pneumatic and electrical schematics.
• Travel ability for customer installations and training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build custom machinery according to engineering drawings and quality requirements.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, pneumatic and electrical schematics.
• Assist with installation and setup at customer locations, with travel as required.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, technicians and other team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assembly issues and identify practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve assembly methods, workflows, and manufacturing efficiency.
