Parts are small and precise and have to be ground or filed on to be assembled together. This is not on an assembly line; this is more craftsmen work, taking 10 hours on 1 piece. Need strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and intuitive about work. Looking for quality over quantity. Looking for someone with hand skills and work ethic.
