Our Engineering Team creates innovative solutions to meet unmet customer needs by increasing productivity through new technologies and methodologies. We involve users through observation, interviews, and field research, making them part of the solution process. The team defines key benefits, constructs prototypes, and evaluates product designs considering user needs, durability, materials, and manufacturing processes. We perform various engineering and design tasks, including translating observations into insights, employing ideation techniques, 3D modeling, mathematical simulation, and rapid prototyping, working cross-functionally.

The TOOLS you’ll need to have:
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and follow verbal instructions.
  • Opportunities to learn CAD & CAM, CNC Mills, Turning Centers, 5-axis mills, wire EDM, Sinker EDM, etc.
  • Understanding of CNC programming (CAM).
  • Interest in machining, tooling, and die trade.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Alignment with our culture, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and relationship-building desire.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Attention to detail in operating machine tools and maintaining prototype quality.
  • Ability to strategize, prepare, and follow plans effectively.
  • Manual machining skills.
  • Willingness to learn trade requirements like waterjet, CNC milling, turning, grinding, laser engraving.
  • Growth mindset: seek coaching, develop problem-solving skills, aim to become a self-sufficient Machinist.
What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Enrolled in a technical or trade school is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, team player, creative, and a proactive thinker.
