Electrical Mechanical Assemblers

Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm)

Pay: $20-$22/hr (Based on Experience)

We are currently hiring Electrical Mechanical Assemblers for a first-shift opportunity at our growing manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical assembly. You'll play a key role in assembling and testing sub-assemblies and complete electro-mechanical systems that support our industry-leading products.

Job Description:

Assemble semi-complex mechanical and electrical components following blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

Perform wiring, cable harnessing, and circuit installations

Use hand tools, presses, calipers, and torque wrenches to complete assemblies

Inspect, measure, and test components for accuracy and quality

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace

Document work performed and notified supervisors of defects or discrepancies

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and follow Lean manufacturing practices

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred

1-5+ years of relevant electrical/mechanical assembly experience depending on level (Assembler I, II, or III)

Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints, wiring diagrams, and written instructions

Familiarity with electrical circuits, harnessing, and component layout

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
