This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and making minor adjustments to high-speed production equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime in a manufacturing environment. The position requires troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and collaborating with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards is essential, along with accurate documentation of production and equipment performance. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.
