Our Engineering Team develops innovative solutions to meet unmet customer needs. We enhance user productivity by integrating new technologies and methodologies to create industry-first products and improvements. We engage with users through observation, interviews, and field research, involving them in the solution process. Our team identifies key benefits, constructs prototypes, and evaluates product designs considering user needs, durability, materials, and manufacturing processes. We perform diverse engineering and design tasks, including translating observations into insights, employing ideation techniques, 3D modeling, mathematical simulation, and rapid prototyping.

The TOOLS you’ll need to have:

  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and follow verbal instructions closely.
  • Interest in learning CAD & CAM, CNC Mills, Turning Centers, 5-axis mills, wire EDM, Sinker EDM, etc.
  • Understanding of CNC programming (CAM).
  • Interest in machining, tooling, and die trades.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Alignment with our culture, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build constructive relationships.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Attention to detail and safe operation of machine tools.
  • Capability to maintain quality in entry-level prototyping.
  • Ability to strategize, prepare, and follow through on plans.
  • Manual machining skills.
  • Desire to learn trade requirements like waterjet, CNC milling, turning, grinding, laser engraving.
  • Growth mindset: seek coaching, feedback, and develop troubleshooting skills to become a self-sufficient Machinist.

What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Enrollment in a technical or trade school is a plus.
