Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience operating and repairing Class 8 tractors and trailers with air brakes
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with TMT/Transman is a plus
• Valid driver's license; CDL A preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop activities and workflows
• Assign work schedules and workloads effectively
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Troubleshoot repairs, determine cost-effective solutions
• Develop safe, logical, and efficient repair solutions
• Train, coach, and supervise mechanics and support staff
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of safety equipment
