Outside Medical Sales - Remote Patient Monitoring

Medical Office Force LLC (MOF) is seeking experienced and driven Sales & Business Development Specialists to promote and sell our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) systems and services across independent primary care, endocrinology, nephrology, and cardiology practices throughout Texas.

We are a fast-growing digital healthcare company committed to revolutionizing patient care and supporting independent medical practices with cutting-edge technology and services. MOF provides in-depth training, marketing support, and a clear path to long-term success in the digital health space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers in primary care, endocrinology, nephrology, and cardiology.
  • Promote and sell RPM and CCM systems and services.
  • Educate and support practices in enrolling patients into RPM and CCM programs.
  • Collaborate with MOF’s leadership, marketing, and technical teams to ensure sales success.
  • Present MOF’s solutions effectively to healthcare providers.
  • Manage CRM opportunities and maintain sales pipeline.
  • Participate in sales meetings and report activities regularly.
  • Represent MOF at industry events as needed.
  • Identify and implement strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience building relationships with medical practices.
  • Experience in medical sales or healthcare relationship management is a plus.
  • Strong skills in client retention and new relationship development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, and problem-solver.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory accounts.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas; occasional travel outside the state may be required.
